    Isnt this pretty similar to the Ultra Mobile PC idea?

    It looks slightly different with the flip design from most UMPCs I've seen, but its still the same concept right? Built in wifi, CF & PC Card expansion...
    Did I miss something on the FlipStart that makes it revolutionary?

    1. Apple needs to identify all the shortcomings of UMPC or the PepperPad

    2. Infuse Appley goodness into a perfected formfactor, and sell it,

    I'd buy one in a heartbeat.

    UMPC doesn't by itself mean cellphone, but there are UMPC's with cellphones.

    Unless you think a UMPC is too big to qualify your definition. It is a bit bigger than my candybar phone.

    As for the keyboard/mouse -- bluetooth. I can already buy full size keyboard/mouse for my cell phone that work over bluetooth.

    This video was on digg yesterday supposedly showing Intel's version of a UMPC, with a hidden qwerty keyboard. I like the design, but I don't see anything like it listed under the Products link.

    I had several more sites with loads of information for my version of this article. I event had a link for umpc.com which is a website created by Intel for the UMPC community and even has a web forum with development information.

    I feel cheated =/
