Patenting In The Burst Test
gerddie writes "Heise has an interview with S. Kiesewetter-Köbinger, a patent examiner of the German PA, about the cultural break, software patents will impose to Europe if they become valid. He points out the danger to open source and science, and that with patents on software even mathematical methods would become patentable because there is no longer any difference. There is also a companion article competition in the court room, that gives some more insight in the history and current state of the patent system. All is in german, but as always the fish is your friend."

I originally come from a country which currently has a strong Communist presence in its parliament. The last time I went home on my summer vacation the Communists were not murdering people, raping women, molesting children or killing Jews as you accuse. Besides, many Western Europeans who visit this site have Social Democratic governments that work.
Is it really that hard to wrap your head around the fact that the Stalin's "Communism" was nothing but red fascism? True Communism is nothing like that.
How are Nazis communists? Communists (in it's true fom) belive that everybody is equal and should be treated the same, and get the same. Nazis belive in a super race and all others should be destroyed.

Okay, you say that now. But I took a look at what you were responding to, and your claims just don't hold up. Your first post (#8) was in resposne to post #3, which was a (somewhat illiterate, I'll admit) attack on the Nazi people. And as unhelpful as the post was, I don't think that was cause for insulting the person who wrote it.
I think your posts were in poor taste.

This is hysterical to me. I've got people sending me threats now because they think I have hate issues. Wow, I guess I shouldn't have gone to both of my best friends' barmitzfahs, huh? Yep, my best friends happen to be Jewish.

I've been talking to my friend Chris who works with the ADL, and I told him to check out your intial two Slashdot posts, and he agrees with me that they were clearly intended to insult Jewish people. He's printed out your stuff, and during a meeting tomorrow he's going to propose that the ADL issue a boycott against Trilucid Communications for its administration's radical racially insensitive views. He says the chances of a boycott are good. Trilucid Communications could lose some business over this, because millions of Jewish Americans monitor advisories from the ADL, and tend to take boycott issues very seriously. The non-Jewish press may pick up on it also, you never know...

You really should read this man's posting history -- he insulted a Jewish poster for speaking out against Nazi racism and atrocity. He is a Nazi sympathiser and has no place on Slashdot which is USUALLY a pretty Liberal site. Clean up Slashdot: ditch the racists.
