Banning Violent Arcade Games Unconstitutional

only unconstitutional to ban
violent video games from public arcades, but also ruled that the city of Indianapolis pay $318,000 in legal fees to the video game industry. Now, how am I going to keep my kids away from this filth? I can't watch them 24/7.
People who are trumpeting this victory as a "win for free speech" need to think twice and consider that there are parents out there who feel otherwise.
