This game was made by Microsoft.

(insert any system) already has M.U.L.E.

You can play MULE on everthing from a Dreamcast to the NUON DVD player using a trusty Atari 800 emulator. I don't see how getting a PC version with gee whiz graphics is news or stuff that matters.
