Ximian to Bundle StarOffice 6.0
rainmanjag writes "A Ximian press release is reporting that Ximian will be bundling StarOffice 6.0 for Linux with the packaged version of Ximian Desktop Professional, Red Carpet Express, and Red Carpet CorporateConnect." This means that both Ximian and Mandrakesoft are offering comprehensive software bundles which happen to include StarOffice 6.0, a package which would otherwise cost more by itself than either of the bundles.

When it comes to winning over others to your point of view, forget about pointing out hypocrisy. It is a waste of time. Multi-million dollar advertising firms rarely point out hypocritical stands because it does little to persuade the masses. Excuse me? This is some troll claiming responsibility. Don't listen to it. I claimed the post was misleading because, despite the flaws of SO's database component, it still exists. Other replies further down in the comments mention its existence, and people who only read the first answer to the "what's the difference" question may miss out on those replies. And that post asking that you be modded up was just asking for it too, so I had to say something to bother you.
