Macboy Spoofs the New Apple Commercials
Spock the Baptist writes "A big plate of, fresh from the oven, homemade chocolate chip cookies to the person or persons who dreamed up this send-up of Cousin Bill via a spoof of the current crop of Apple commercials. Gotta love it!" Sure, why not? It's Friday! Also included are commercials with the You're Gettin' a Dell dork and Big Brother from the 1984 commercial.
The creators of this clip (lickmysweaty.com) had to remove it from their site because Apple, in their "See no Evil, Hear No Evil" M.O. sent them a C & D letter. Apparently, Apple is unfamiliar with parody and freedom of speech.
Commercial fascism at it's best can be found right in Cupertino apparently...too bad they don't send C & D letters to people that can afford to defend themselves.
You what the funny thing is.....VirtualPC(Win98) Runs more stable then my windows box it's self sooooooo.... 1) MACs(ALL AROUND BETTER MACHINE, MORE STABLE, MORE RELIABLE, AND NOT CHEAP) 2) Macs will ALWAYS BE A BETTER Machine then a PC 3) And with VirtualPC how can you say that you can't Find SW for a mac? MY MAC IS SO PIMP IT RUNS BOTH.....I would love to see Microsoft TOP THAT.
