W3C Ponders RAND Again

    Commerce is about transactions.
    If somebody can convince the market to pay for something, fine.
    What really draws vacuum is the market's

    Just develop for IE. Plain and simple. If the W3C wants to be bitches about it then stick it to them where they know it hurts. This is redricrurus.
