Well, their server is getting hammered pretty good. I've watched my download speed from their site drop by more than half between the time I started (0 comments posted) and now (10 comments posted). YMMV

Stop making excuses! If it really WERE "turnkey" then I would fully expect the level of effort to be:

1. Insert key into slot in computer.
2. Turn.

That's it! BUt NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, instead we have to type on the archaic "command line" a whole series of archaic "letters" in a very specific order just to get it to work.

They may do things differently where you come from, but where I'm from this is called false advertising!

So, just one question... what does this package do any different than what I have with my regular distro's?
Apparently it does absolutely nothing. Thus saith the article:
Simply download onto your Mandrake workstation, untar and type
# ./install.sh.

Last time I checked, # meant 'comment'.
