The New Face of Global Competition

Valluvan writes "Here is an article in Fast Company on "The New Face of Global Competition". The article is focused on Wipro, a big IT company in India, but applies to many other companies in India that have been highly successful. A long article with some stupid errors like saying developers code with UML, but brings out the business facts well enough."

    As translated to....

Most Slashdot stories submissions consist of an inflammatory, often misleadingly titled, grammatically incorrect sentence that often leads to discussion

Most comments consist of an amazingly narrow view with stupid errors regarding anything not technical (and, often, many things technical), but gets the posters angst across well enough.

Maybe it's just me, but it seems ridiculous to blast someone for something complex like coding when you can't even do something simple, like spell words correctly.

"Successfull"? What the fuck? Did your mother teach you to spell words by doubling every letter in it?

Slashdot, you really, really suck, and it's too bad. It could be so much better. So many decently intelligent people hang out here, but they're only welcome if they toe the Slashdot party line. Instead of being a forum for intelligent discussion, it's an anti-establishment bitch party inhabited by a lot of noisy children who aren't even out of college yet, and hence feel like they know everything.
