Bush Orders Guidelines for Cyber-Warfare

Jeremiah writes "The pending Iraqi war promises to deliver quite the display of modern, smart technology well beyond what we saw in '91. President Bush recently ordered the development of rules for cyber engagement by the military. Beyond the numerous special forces on the ground like in Afganistan, the US will use soldiers in office chairs to disrupt Iraqi infrastructure."

    HELP NEEDED - Switching to Linux from Windows

    Finally I have decided to switch to Linux.

    Yesterday, I bought SuSE Linux 8.1 Professional for 79.99. But then I read something about better fonts in Redhat.

    Should I return it and get the $149.99 RedHat 8.0 Professional ?

    Note: I prefer to buy a packaged version instead of downloading.

    Which is the best Linux Distro ? And which has the best usability (fonts, performance, compabitility etc.) vs price ratio ?

    I am also planning to run a website using slashcode someday...

    I dare you to find me the ip address for ANY SAM site on earth, let alone one in Iraq. Why would anyone hook one up to the internet? And how on earth would a SAM launcher run BSD?
