Rambus Destroyed Evidence In Anti-trust Trial
Marasmus writes "CNN is reporting that memory-chip maker Rambus has been found guilty of destroying evidence which was 'critical' to the anti-trust case brought by the U.S. government. Interestingly, the Judge has denied the FTC's request to move on to the penalty phase of the trial. Destruction of evidence in an anti-trust case normally yields a forfeiture of trial, but Rambus 'will have the burden of proving its innocence" instead.'
they can destroy anything they want, but im far too 4337 for them to even touch my first post! yeah!

We now have confirmed reports from an informed Orange County minister that Ethel is still an active communist.
From a linux box with DDR ram.

Open a window.
Yes this is totally off topic, and I appologize, but I'm personally shocked to not see a story about this courtesy of Google News

France, Russia and Germany have vowed not accept a new United Nations Security Council resolution paving the way for military action against Iraq.
Sure it's not geeky, but it's just as important as Rambus's cut-n-burn policy.
Haha, I dig the non matching single and double quotes....
Timothy's skool of engrish!
would be this.
They have to be given a chance to contribute money before they are found innocent. This will just be a repeat of the Micrsoft farce.
Seeing that you got First Post and it was modded +5 with alacrity, you might want to try buying lottery tickets or drinking expired milk. This is your lucky day mon!
In Soviet Russia, you're guilty until proven innocent!
Q: Why do the French float on water?
A: Because they're scum.
No, please just keep trolling slashdot... leave (us the) fark alone. Fark mods just delete your posts anyway and no-one will see them. Here, at least your stupidity is still on display for conspiracy theorists looking to see what views 'geek illuminati' is trying to supress.
Slashdot destroys 2 to 5 sites a day.
They get trolled quite a bit.
That's real KARMA.
Umm, how would you try to find a pattern over one piece of data? That's like trying to draw a line to connect one point.

Notice that Eric Krout compares his # of fans to the same type of people in both cases!
Really?? I hadn't heard this. References would be greatly appreciated.
