Plasmon Exhibits Working Blue Laser DVD Drive

tedgyz writes "CDR-Info has an article describing the first working prototype of a blue-violet laser optical disk drive. The drive boasts 30GB of storage, dubbed Ultra Density Optical (UDO). The article has technical details and images of the drive and media." We've been hearing about the advantages of blue light for seemingly years now. It's cool to see a product prepare for market that actually uses it.

I remember when Flash was released. I thought, wow, this is like Director, only it doesn't do as much. Why didn't they incorporate the features of flash ito director? Now it seems like Macromedia is reverse engineering to inorporate the features of Director into flash? Does this seem ass backwards to anyone else?

It seems 50% of yankees and 80% of brits don't convince these two immoral presidents *kill* innocent people.

Today, the brit and us troops bombarded the sale area of food and medical supplies in Bagdad.

A human lose of no military significance, but even children were killed.
