Al Gore would have paid overtures to the jihadi dictatorships after 9/11 to understand the root cause of their anger and tell the FBI/CIA to profile for single white male perpetrators of the massacre. Also, increase social spending, LBJ-style, in a pathetic attempt to stimulate the economy.
