An anonymous reader writes "The Cypherpunks have finally caught on to the blog phenomenon: enter Invisiblog. This blog system allows users to register accounts and update their weblogs using Len Sassaman's Mixmaster anonymous remailer program. Now you can post all those tales of late-night dumpster diving, without fear of being branded a terrorist!"

    I just heard some sad news on talk radio - Database theorist Edgar Franks Codd was found dead in his Florida home this morning. There weren't any more details. I'm sure everyone in the Slashdot community will miss him - even if you didn't enjoy his work, there's no denying his contributions to computer science. Truly an American icon.

    That fuck Stallman kidnapped me in, like, motherfucking 1983 and repeatedly buttfucked me and forced me to write GNU for him. That stupid fuck left the Internet connection on tonight and so I'm able to write this plea for help to you. HELP! I'm totally, like, fucking locked in here and there's no windows. I don't even know what fucking town I'm in. Do something - boycott his software or something, I don't care, just fucking help me!!!!

    Linux noob here. I've got two linux boxes and don't know how to use either really. Anyway while working on one the other sat for a few months and low and behold I forgot the root password. I found the dirs for changing the root PW without it and I have successfully gotten into single user mode but the desire to know what I changed my PW to is overwhelming. I haven't changed the PW yet. What tools are there out there for me to try?
