4th Annual Mozilla Party, Japan
On Saturday April 19th, Mozilla-gumi is hosting the 4th Annual Mozilla Japan Conference and Party in Tokyo. There will also be 4 additional SIG meetings on important bugs, junk mail filter, multilingual domain names, and Web services.

mozilla.org has published a new development roadmap, detailing the plans for the future development of the Mozilla codebase.
Mozilla 1.4 Alpha Released
Mozilla 1.4 Alpha is out. This release features dynamic image and table resizing in Composer, smooth scrolling (see release notes for enabling this feature,) and improvements to spam filtering. In addition to these feature improvements, 1.4a also contains fixes for perfomance, stability, standards support and website compatibility. This is an alpha release so expect bugs, and don't use it unless you are willing to live with the risks inherent in such a release (ie. crashes, data loss, etc.). More information is available in the release notes.
Mozilla 1.3 Released
Mozilla 1.3 is now available for download. First there was image blocking, then came pop-up blocking, and now we have junk-mail filtering (AKA "spam controls"). Mozilla 1.3 also offers image auto-sizing, an API for rich text editing in webpages, newsgroup filters, dynamic profile switching, nearly 2000 bug fixes, and much more. Camino 0.7 Released

Netscape Communications Corporation has released Netscape 7.02, a minor update with security and stability fixes. This new version, is based on Mozilla 1.0.2, also features updated Java and Flash plug-ins for Windows.
