The Japanese version of the page has more information. Apparently, citizen ID numbers will be used to verify identity."

How to make RDX:
First you must make hexamethylenetetramine, since it is a key ingredient of RDX, but is often difficult to obtain without arousing suspicion. However, if it can be obtained off the shelf, it may be sold as methenamine or urotrophine. Anyway, to make hexamethylenetetramine, mix 2000 grams of 37% formaldehyde solution into a large bowl, at least a gallon in capacity.Slowly add to this 1100 grams of ammonium hydroxide solution (easily available in shops as ammonia solution). stir this well for a while, until the smell dissipates. Place the dish on a hotplate, and bring the contents to a slow boil. Add 15ml of ammonia solution every 10 minutes, until about half of the liquid has evaporated. At this point, remove the heat and let it cool down, until it is about as hot as hot tap water. Filter this into another container (replace the filter regularly, since it will be plugged by the gum that will form). Boil this the liquid again, until you are left with about a third of the original volume. when it has cooled, place it in the freezer. A large mass of crystals will form, filter these out of the liquid using a vacuum filtration setup, and place them on a sheet of wax paper to dry. Place the remaining liquid back into the container, and return the crystals to the filter, where they are rinsed with 190-proof alcohol until they no longer smell of ammonia, and placed on a new sheet of wax paper to dry again. Take the liquid, and add 10 grams of powdered activated charcoal to it. Stir it well, then filter it again, using the vaccum filtration setup. return it to the pan, and boil away the rest of the liquid on a moderate heat. Take the crystals and leave them on the wax paper to dry.
Now that you have your hexamethylenetetramine, you must convert it to RDX. Place 770 ml of fuming nitric acid into a glass container (place this in a larger container filled with heavily salted ice). To this, add 100g of hexamethylenetetramine, in small amounts with slow stirring. The temperature of the reaction must not be allowed to go above 20 C, and should be kept well below that temperature. continue stirring until all the hexamethylenetetramine has dissolved, and then dump the whole thing into a gallon of water. Now you must filter out the RDX crystals by using a vacuum filtration setup, replacing filter paper with glass wool. Now rinse the crystals well, and place them in acetone, at a ratio of 1 part RDX to 10 parts acetone. Place the container in hot water, and stir it until all of the RDX dissolves. Then take it out of the water, and pack it in ice. Filter out the resulting crystals, and place the liquid back into the container. Boil it until half of it has evaporated, and when it cools, filter out the crystals. Finally, add water to the acetone until no more crystals form, and filter the crystals out.

Those Koreans eat some really weird shit. One of the weirdest is this stuff called Kim Chee. They make it by burying cabbage in a jar in their backyard for 6 months. Then they dig it up and eat it. Man on man is it rank. Think about rotten sauerkraut. And lord have mercy on your SO after that Kim Chee works its way down the instestinal track.
