Fallout 3 In Development?

After the disappointing non RPG spin-offs in the Fallout universe and the confusion around Black Isle's Lionheart having the working title of Fallout Fantasy, is Fallout 3 becoming a vaporware holy grail?"

    For those of you that need a Fallout fix now and like table top RPGs, there are pen and paper rules available at http://pnp.duckandcover.net/. They can be a bit cumbersome at times, but they seem to be pretty close to the rules from the computer games.

    Black Isle recently released the editor for Fallout 2, as well as the scripts and script compiler. No doubt, there are some dedicated Fallout fans working on some new scenarios to play through.
