fvwm Turns Ten
Some Old Dude writes "fvwm, F* Virtual Window Manager, is celebrating its 10th birthday in a few days. This is the window manager I used when cutting my Linux teeth back in the last millennium, and the one I still use today (after trying many newer ones). Yes, and some of us don't want to use Linux or whatever because of our principles, too. We support capitalism and the freedom to innovate, and I'm not being ironic when I say that. The BSD folks have it right, but the GPL advocates are strongly anti-capitalism and anti-innovation, and that pisses me off.
