This clever utility takes your stats.txt file from the PC version of Vice City, and arranges it in a smart-looking webpage for all your fellow gangsters to see, even adding detail and interpretation to a bunch of the info. The stats.txt file can only be exported, not imported for use in game, so there's no point in changing it to cheat.

It's simply a much nicer format showing what you've done in the game then the plain old traditional scrolling stats you see in the game, so...there's a point.
