Three LindowsOS PCs Reviewed

Eugenia writes "Not one, but three LindowsOS-based PCs (in the value range of $199 USD) were reviewed online by WashingtonPost. A TigerDirect PC, the traditional WalMart/MicrotelPC and one from Nova Computech. The reviewer says that these PCs while are very low-end today, compared to PCs 2 years ago, are actually pretty good solutions for home usage. The reviewer found them lacking in the gaming (no respectable 3D gfx card included), expandibility departments and while he mentions that Linux-based LindowsOS is affordable, is not a panacea as it lacks in good USB support and other demanding areas of our modern times."

I love the way right-wingers always fall back on the mistakes of the past to justify the mistakes of the present. Europe is doing just fine, thank you, and the very remote possibility of it asking for help someday does not change the fact that you have made asses of yourselves via your idiot leader. Unfortunately those nice, moderate, intelligent Americans who simply like to travel and see new places (you would not be one of these) are bearing the brunt of this as well.

And for god's sake, keep those obese women at home - there is nothing more grotesque than a herd of utterly enormous American "women" huffing and puffing through the streets of some elegant and lovely European capital, complaining about how small all of the chairs are. Then again, it does allow the European women to rest easy in their superiority. It's funny to watch the blustering, red-faced American men try and hit on them - and get brutally shot down. Lots of laughs all round!

Vote out the liars who have innocent blood on their hands!

It is now apparent that the weapons of mass destruction had been destroyed well before the war, but America and UK refused to listen. No, GWB just had to have his little war and Blair was good enough a poodle to follow his master.

There never was any justification for this war and now it's hilarious how the warmongers are backpedaling frantically to cover up their lies and exaggerations. "Oh, the real reasons for the war were really not the WMDs, regime change, terrorists or oil. See? We have shown you mass graves! Yes! We liberated the Iraq because of the mass graves!".

Well, why didn't you say so in the first place!?

"A BRITISH inquiry into two trailers found in northern Iraq has found they are not mobile germ warfare labs [news.com.au], but were for the production of hydrogen to fill artillery balloons, the Observer newspaper has reported.

The London-based weekly newspaper said the conclusion by biological weapons experts was an embarrassment for Prime Minister Tony Blair, who has claimed the discovery of the labs proved that Iraq retained weapons of mass destruction and justified the case for going to war against Saddam Hussein."

This doesn't mean that you can't own a car unless granny is sick; it means that you have the right (some granny-lovers out there might even say OBLIGATION) to own a car, just in case granny gets sick on day and needs to go to the doctor.

Common sense, in your case, obviously ain't common. Get back on the short yellow bus to canada, and stay there.
