Being 100 years old doesn't have much to do with having a neutral wire or not... what you have going on is switch loops, where a hot leg is sent to the switch, then sent back to the light. Since you're only switching hot, there's no neutral needed... this is valid even in the most recent NEC, so there's no bringing it up to code. Using switch loops is still very much alive today.

Now, snaking a separate wire in the wall to the switch certainly is NOT code and isn't really a good idea... it's better to run a 3 conductor cable (14/3, 12/3, etc) to the switch from the light, use the red & black for the switched leg, and then you have a white wire for the neutral to power the Insteon switch. Cap off the old wires on both ends and be done with it.

While I admit FF had great graphics, the animation was horrible. The Pixar and Dreamworks stuff is way way way ahead animation wise. FF animation looked no better than the ingame characters in normal videogames with stiff faces, limited expressions, and non-fluid motion. FF seemed to me to be just fantastic textures on very basic animation.

This is bull for a lot of reasons. The first is by scaling your photo up to 720dpi, you're making it look more crappy. That 720dpi ink jet printer of yours can't make 720 exact color dots per inch, but one of only a few colors that your printer has ink for. You're losing most of those pixels you interpolated up to and would probably have better quality prints at 360dpi, or even 180dpi, since the printer can then make a colored pixel out of fixed color ink dots. Or your printer might even be smart enough to recognize this, and is internally downsampling your image that you spent time upsampling to. Hah!

Why was this marked insightful? Apparently the poster doesn't understand reading comprehention that well. It doesn't say it's slow because of the size of the drive. It says the machine is slow because of the hard drive, which happens to be a tiny 3GB, and happens to be recycled from a notebook. If the poster understood PC and particularly notebook hardware, the drives are never as fast as their PC counterparts because they generally all spin slower, which is certain to be the case here. That will certainly make your PC slow.

I ran a 6-in-one cable in my house which is two cat5e, two coax, and two fiber optic bundled into one cable. The super fat stiff cable is also really eash to push up through wall cavities, but it could be difficult to fish through tight corners though. I highly recommend this stuff as it makes it really easy to get connectivity anywhere, and lots of it. A 500ft role did my 2800sqft house to a central wiring closet in the basement just fine. The jacks are a 6 in one faceplate that you snap the different connectors into.

I didn't feel it was necessary to voice that side of the argument since it is of course well known, and not necessarily the side that I'm on. I'm glad to see that Nintendo has added a backlight and has listened to it's customers wants/needs. Now I'm not too excited about the folding aspect of the new one, since it ruins the simplicity of the orginal GB. But now there's options out there for everyone...

One big selling point of the GameBoy has always been long battery life. Lighted screens eat battery life. Therefore Nintendo tried to make a screen that made the most of ambient light rather than to backlight it. I know of a lot of folks that appreciated that, and had no problems with the screen. My palm has a backlight, but I never turn the thing on... same with my TV's remote control. I'm not willing to lose the battery life.
