Building Longer-Lived Fuel-Cell Stacks
An anonymous reader writes "Ballard Power Systems tells Wired that they have built a hydrogen fuel-cell stack that runs uninterrupted for 20,000 hours straight. But DuPont's Nafion membranes are very delicate, which makes the roadworthiness of fuel cells an issue."
As always, links to pictures will be posted.
Looks like Jobs fired the sucker that accidentally posted the new M.A.C. specs:

He had sensitive membranes also and we had to keep his fuel cells empty during road trips otherwise it was spew-city!
I didn't see mention of where this person lives, but if its anywhere that is hot and you need to run the AC it would probably be better to duct the exhaust outside then heating the room. Of course if this is in an arctic climate then itâ(TM)s a moot point.
Did someone forget to take their Valium today?

SLAM!
Perhaps iRobot could produce the "aquaRoomba" to fsck the salt from the electrodes.
How about it science?
