burgburgburg writes "Apple has released the QuickTime video of the new commercial they made in conjunction with Volkswagen. The connection between the two? Buy a New Beetle. Get a new iPod. Take a look at video. It's the 15 GB iPod and all the accessories needed to hook it up to the new Volkswagen." It uses a casette adapter, which is really lame. Of course, I use a casette adapter with my iPod, but I am not a German engineer.

    This is simply a great example of how the liberal "individualists" are more concerned with form over function. VW + Apple, how much further left can you get? The IPOD and the VW Bug are great products but they both share the same problem / selling point -- they are WAY overpriced. It makes no logical sense to purchase either on of them for any reason other than the way they look (or in reality how it makes YOU look -- a different individualist type that is different, just like everyone else).

    Anyway, I have karma to burn. I said what I think. Bring on your pink flames made from tissue paper you liberal pussies.

    that site says jetta's are the gayest. i was planning on getting a jetta too after this deployment. dammit!!!! :( why are half the cars on that list VW? hmm...
