I'm thinking of getting an iPod at some point, but I only run Linux (on x86). Does Apple support Linux connectivity?
god i love my ipod sometimes i just hold it in my hand and carress it mmmmm seriously though, i don't really care what any of my anti-fruit zealot friends say. apple has the best damned mp3 player in the world for sale on their website. i wouldn't trade it for the world.
I have a 2003 VW Golf 1.8 GTI with the best audio system and there is no AUX input in the factory casset/CD player.
And now the most obvious question: What were you smoking when you were compelled to buy an Element?
I know this is kind of OT, but if anyone is considering going the aux-in jack and sees the $130 Aiwa car stereo, avoid it. I don't know who designed it, but the ergonomics are fucking atrocious. It's like the people who designed cheap digital watches that used to be a prize in some cereal boxes have moved onto car stereos. Absolute dogshit.
