I just heard some sad news on talk radio - Tony Award winner Gregory Hines, the tap-dancing Negro was found dead in his Los Angeles home this morning. There weren't any more details except that he died of cancer. I'm sure everyone in the Slashdot community will miss him - even if you didn't enjoy tap-dancing Negroes, there's no denying his contributions to popular culture. Truly an American icon.
