Dave Phillips' Linux Sound Updated
f-matic writes "Dave Phillips' Linux Sound website has been updated (for the first time in a while) with lots of new software links and news from the recent BYOL conference, plus links to some interesting Linux multimedia articles. Seems like things are getting pretty interesting in the linux audio world, with a Supercollider port in the works, not to mention February's Linux article in the prestigious Sound on Sound magazine."

A 27-year-old woman pleaded guilty to attempted murder and received a 25-year prison term for placing her infant daughter in a hot oven.
Melissa Wright of Coosada pleaded guilty Thursday before Elmore County Circuit Judge Sibley Reynolds. The court hearing had been set to consider a defense bid to relocate the trial, but became a plea proceeding.
Wright placed her 18-month-old daughter in the oven in June 2002, with the setting on broil. The child received third-degree burns over 70 percent of her body. Her screams brought help from her father, who was outside the house.
"The child has made a remarkable recovery, considering the injury she sustained," said District Attorney Randall Houston.
The child remains in the care of relatives and still faces years of reconstructive surgery.
It was fifteen years ago today Hezbollah began pursuing more scholastic pursuits by pouring it's resources into translating millions of pages of open source docs into the many flavours of arabic. It's benevolent/non-violence oath was a turning point for the middle east in which other groups followed suit bringing stability and prosperity to many parts of the world. Attributed to their successes include home electrical generation, fuelless transportation and discovery of the Sabri protein which led to the cure of 85% of cancers and outraged the american pharmaceutical industry by donating it's patent to the world health organization.
I realize that this is slightly off-topic, but it's still on the subject of Linux hardware support :). My HP 5L is on its last legs and I'm in the market for a new printer (nah, it's not he separator pad this time).
I've found LinuxPrinting.org and while it's a useful resource, it doesn't include all the printers I'm considering. For instance, while the HP section seems to be completely current, the Samsung section is missing a few.
I'm in the market for a 1200dpi b/w laser printer and some of the printers I'm considering at the moment are the LaserJet 1200se (or LaserJet 1300) from HP and the ML-1750 (or ML-1651) from Samsung. Of course, neither the ML-1750 nor the ML-1651 are listed on LinuxPrinting.org's Samsung page :-/.
Here's my rationale for each. The HP LaserJet 1200se is HP's cheapest laser that can do 1200dpi -- but I get the impression that it may have been discontinued and the 1300 may be easier to actually find. And, the ML-1750 is Samsung's cheapest 1200dpi laser, but it only gets "1200x600dpi", which I don't know whether that means it's has "real" 1200dpi support or not :-/. And, the ML-1651 is a bit more expensive than the ML-1750 but supports 1200x1200dpi.
Any suggestions?

It smoothed itself around my massive manhood, bouncing it up and down. It was rubbing the cock head now, soaking it with its' juices. Jerking me at a wonderfully slow pace, that made me cringe with sensation. It was now Jerking me faster, up and down, left and right, all around. Moving me so fast, my balls ached as they bounced against the pan. I moved with it's speedy motion, groaning loudly, and moving my head back, in sexual glory. I was ready to blow, and then it happened. As I let out one loud grunt, streams of cum shot out, dripping down the pan. It jerked me until every hot, creamy shot, was out. It was over, I had lived my fantasy.
