Kazaa Ruled Legal in The Netherlands
DreamerFi writes "Developers of Kazaa cannot be held liable for the way people use their software, the Dutch Supreme Court has ruled. The dutch version of the RIAA, BUMA Stemra is now expected to start lawsuits against individuals, following the american lead, according to dutch news channels."
Anyone else think that 99 per track (itunes) is wa y too much ?
You have to stop buying into the corporate America propoganda that has been making McDonald's out to be a martyr in this. They are every bit the evil empire as Microsoft
It is not "propaganda": it is fact, just looking at the facts of the coffee, the cases, and the consumption. McDonald's is a martyr as is anyone who is made by the mis-actions of a court to give someone money they are NOT entitled to.

Perhaps you are conflating people demonstrating about the Israeli/US invasion of Palestine, with its subsequent human rights abuses, murder, torture, imprisonment without trial etc etc with people demonstrating against Judaism. I'd be interested to see an example of the latter, but I put it to you that you will not be able to do so, because you are talking out of your arse.
