MPAA Puts Words in Mouth of CA Attorney General

An anonymous reader writes "In another example of Microsoft Word meta data coming back to bite you, Wired News reports that a document circulated by the California Attorney General to fellow lawmakers supporting new restrictions on P2P software was actually authored by a senior vice president of the Motion Picture Association of America."

You should figure out how to make your signature clickable, you will get alot more hits!

And on your site, the donation/buy page, the Paypal link should be more clearer (not in the bar) and the "No Image" shouldn't be clickable.

    Just some friendly advice.

Hardy fucking Har! Oh, man, that's a god damned knee slapper there... Somebody said "question" and you said "42" - clearly, the pinnacle of wit has been reached with a reference to a book that's about a quarter-century old. Oscar Wilde was a worthless hack compared to your rapier-sharp ability to apply somebody else's joke to a generic situation. Hey, how about a "you are the weakest link" reference next week, you fucking nimrod.

Yet another reason to hate them. Ever meet one that could compute his way out of a paper bag? Very few can. They all "just have the secretary worry about it" and they are drafting technology laws?

Pretty freaking scary. No wonder we have all these fscked up laws like DMCA. They should have to pass a competency test before passing any law on a given subject, to prove they understand what they are lawyering.
