Microsoft Delays Windows XP Service Pack 2

, explains that Microsoft has once again delayed its release of Service Pack 2 for Windows XP, though only until August. Microsoft has declined to comment on the reason for the delay. Windows Update v5, however, is online and operational (and works with Service Pack 1!), although not officially so. I know many smaller education institutions are chomping at the bit with the looming release, as they are worried about compatibility with some of the new features in Service Pack 2."
Frankly, I'd like to see a very limited provision for rescheduling the election in place before it's needed. Would you rather have a law on the books allowing, say, state governors to move their state's elections back up to 30 days, or have a terrorist attack occur on election day and be met with the administration delaying the election "indefinitely"?
I know this is offtopic. but if the election is delayed, we need to remove the man from office "manually". Public awareness needs to be raised now on this matter. The public doesn't need to be blindsided by this a week before the election.
Yes, it is offtopic but it is too important not to point out you need to think a little harder on this because a 9/11 type attack just prior to the election would lead to a landside in Bush's favor and a massive Congressional shift even further to the right when scared voters decide to get those standing in the way of his "protectionist" reforms out of office.
Time is what keeps everything from happening all at once.

Unfortunately, not for long.
When the Federal Elections Commission can ask the Justice Deparment for permission to set aside the Constitution (of course, on Presidential order), how long will it take for the 1st Amendment to get trashed?
After Bush gets his Second Korean War going and the North detonates a nuke on US soil (or, alternative scenario, some Mossad-sponsored "Al Qaeda" types, supplied with all the dirty-bomb material they need from the stuff removed from Iraq in the last couple months by the US, touch one off), Bush will have no trouble suspending the elections until the "emergency" is over - which will be when the "War on Terror" is over - which they've already said is never.
Seven Naval carrier groups heading for the Taiwan Straits (just south of Korea) as we speak, and a flight of stealth bombers in South Korea - both allegedly for "training exercises" and Bush wants to suspend the elections.
What does it take to be obvious these days? Howard Stern?

Lets just face it, this looks like its going the way of the new Tomb Raider game. Eidos kept pushing it and pushing it back.......... Lets hope it doesn't suck.

where would you find this utility? Googling it isn't very helpful (for the first time ever!). All I get is a bunch of people saying to download it, but I'm a bit lost now - heh...
