Johansen Cracks AirPort Express Encryption

womby writes "DVD Jon has just announced that he cracked the encryption in Apple's AirPort Express. 'I've released JustePort, a tool which lets you stream MPEG4 Apple Lossless files to your AirPort Express. The stream is encrypted with AES and the AES key is encrypted with RSA.' No real details of the process employed in cracking the unit but newsworthy none the less."

So just give up? What about letting your members of congress know what you think? Oh, they're not listening to non-corporate citizens anymore? Well, what about your document that says to the effect:
The responsibility of the citizenry to overthrow through any means a government that has become tyranical or corrupt.
Personally I'd almost like to see Dubya win the next election down there (I'm up here, eh). Just because it would hasten the point of time when average americans would have to choose to let themselves become slaves or take up arms and overthrow the old regime.
All the bitching and whining in the world won't change a damn thing but maybe joining your local NRA chapter (despite Michael Moore) just might.

We have same-sex marriages that allow members of our society with a higher concentration of melanin, to be who they are in public!

Also the exchange rate is favourable for GNAA expansion in the mass-media vertical market.

    Which is nice.

Modding overrated is dick. Pure and simple. It does nothing to the conversation, it only shows your disapproval of another moderator. Use your mod points constructively and like you said, go to the non-frontpage stories. Seriously, which does more for the slashdot community? Modding a frontpage comment overrated or a non-frontpage comment informative?

How could you even think about selling out national sovereignty like that? The EU is CRAP. So is the USA. We are 50 different countries contractually bound to each other, but with the other parties constantly breaking contractual obligtaion (insofoar as the 10th amendment is concerned)... any "union" is bad for the constituant parts (UN, US, EU). Norway is better off without the Eurocrats in Brussels. The EEC was bad enough. The EU was like putting Ireland on life support...the Euro was the death blow. I miss the Irish Pound, the French and Swiss Francs, Schillings, Marks, Pessetas.... they money was part of national character and identity. Euros are boring. On the other hand, it makes for easier traveling. On the other other hand, when Euros were not concrete, but could be digitally traded and used as a common medium of exchange for conversion at ATM and stuff, that was better. Euro paper money is gay. especially when they first introduced it to Italy, people were getting away with passing off monopoly money as the bills. AND the fact that the pure nickle in the coins was causing an exema epedemic.

From the readme and makefile, it compiles to produce an .exe. Not much use to the mac users. Anyone know how? The readme includes a link to http://www.go-mono.com, but working out how would take a lot of time.
