According to the latest estimates here at Trolling Headquarters, Slashdot's 10,000,000th post will be posted on August 18, @06:00AM Eastern time.

We're not sure what this means but we sure hope a troll gets it.

There is a large uncertainty, and the exact time will highly depend on how many posts are posted today. We'll keep you updated.

    Watch out for Dark Helmet!

Just for the curious out there. Best research says and I know this will attract some Physics guys who think it is wrong but... (Well they are the last to know anyway) Gravity doesn't exist! The speed of light isn't the fastest things can go... even light! Sorry for the luddites in the physics community but time is a human construct and has no real existence. With G, C, and T gone from your Physics world... Where are you? Oh well back to the drawing board.

The speed of light as a barrier to communications will fall just like the Sound barrier did in the past. "They've gone to plaid!"
