Obsessively Detailed Map Of Springfield

An anonymous reader writes "With all these stories going around about governments' abilities to pinpoint our location via various means, it's quite surprising that one group of people have avoided them for so long. That dastardly family, The Simpsons, have been hidden in Springfield for far too long. Which brings us to the following obsessively detailed map of Springfield. From Jerry Lerma and Terry Hogan: "The mapping of Springfield began in the Spring of 2001 when we realized that no adequate map of Springfield existed either online or in print.""

Yeah, it's a repeat. I'm getting tired of them. Any chance we could have some "all new" stories?

People probably say that a lot in repeats, but that's a pretty interesting question in this particular case. I mean, how the hell could anyone who reads the site forget a totally original story like this, from the front page? Maybe they missed it, since the original only appeared at 10AM on a working day.

The first several seasons are the funniest shows you'll ever see on ANY television show... but the most recent seasons aren't that funny at all.
If you were new to the series, and say, 14, then I could see how you wouldn't like the Simpsons.
It doesn't help that fox rarely shows classic episodes (in my area at least).

A vote for anyone but Kerry is a vote for Bush. Which is a vote for catastrophic war, as we have seen proven for the last 4 years. We've got several Bush wars going now, like it or not, and more coming to boil. Kerry is the only person we can vote for who can wind them down. Your .sig, and the article it links to, make sense only in a vacuum where someone other than Kerry or Bush might win the election. So why are you promoting votes for catastrophic war?

Personally, I find some of these creatives writing 'trolls' actually quite good. The goatse trolls are just immature and annoying, but a lot of the creative writing trolls are well done. Actually, I find they break the monotony of the usual Slashdot:
