The official site also has the new movie. Don't bother registering with GameSpot.

Torrent is already up on filerush. clicky looks pretty sweet, if you like that sort of thing.

the burgershot site isn't actually an 'offical' rockstar spin-off site, but it's still pretty well done and amusing.

Here are the offical ones that I'm aware of:
    Cluckin' Bell
    Fear It? Do It!
    The Epsilon Program (KIFFLOM!)
Maccer.net (I don't know wtf this is about)

Here's the direct link to the high res 81 Mb Quicktime version on the official site, to save you digging in their HTML yourself:

Seems to be having trouble responding right now though.

That maccer.net site is a sendup of The Happy Mondays and all the other Ecstasy-fueled bands of the Madchester genre from the early 1990s. I wouldn't be surprised if one of the radio stations played a lot of early Britpop and similar; Blur, Oasis, Happy Mondays, Stone Roses, Soup Dragons, Inspiral Carpets and so on. Perhaps mix it up with some eurobeat like The Shamen, 2 Unlimited, Utah Saints?

Personally I was psyched to hear Welcome To The Jungle on that trailer. Took me back to being 13 and hearing that song for the first time. It'd better be in the damn game now - it's such an LA song after all :-)

Does anyone know if this is just map/skin/audio/story update, has there been any significant development of the engine itself ? Any multiplayer yet ? The GTA series has been installed on my pc in one form or another since the top down sprite original, but both GTA3 and GTAVC both lacked the multiplayer feature. Single player is the hor dourves to the multiplayer main course, imo.
