After flipping through the site, and looking at the construction images, I noticed that he has integrated the controller into the unit. Interesting, but makes one thought come to mind:

Its almost as big as the original xbox controller.

I remember looking at doing something vaguely similar with a Radio Shack Color Computer back in 1983. but using a 3" color TV and a motorcycle battery. The whole thing would have fit in something the size of a briefcase, weighed a few pounds and had about as much computing power as a high-end watch.

Needless to say I prefer the newer technology.

And here's an in-game photo. Sorry the only 2 PS2 games I have are both called Grand Theft Auto something, so it kind of limits the pictures I can take.

The one person on the face of the planet with a PS2 portable appears to be the least likely to use it!

me thinks the guy is cool without working for the big corporations... he can keep his creative juice flowing this way, or he will end up commenting on ./ - like you, err.. and me..

Then again, he could go to work for Sony and in a few years when you and me are still working 9 to 5 (or whatever), he will be picking out the hard wood floor in his place on The Sound, and thinking of taking a dip in the hot tub.
