julie-h writes "DVD Jon has done it again. This time it wasn't Apple the target, but Microsoft's WMV9 video format. There is as always a working Proof of Concept program with screenshots."

    Because all the whining about US-centrism is annoying!

    Slashdot isn't some UN program or something, it's a fricken website owned by an American company and run by Americans!

    It is US-centric, but geez, get over it.

    It's about as internationalist as Americans get so just be happy.

    maybe it's a sham. Maybe you just like to be around the computer scene and pretend. Or maybe not, but the only way to find out is to do something.
