pamri writes "The Times of India profiles Jay Patel, of Abika, a firm that specializes in background checks, personality profiles, satellite or aerial Photos of any location besides other services in the US. It is now venturing into other countries including Canada and India.
Abika is already facing protests from Canadian Privacy groups for breaching the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act"

the real question are you really a pot smoker and he was correct?
Meh... Rammstein's tune "Amerika" sums it up quite well.
Did anybody else read that as the-Dirk-Diggler-dept?
Fnord.
I spoke with Jay a while back. He was looking at using us to install/configure an Insight (Email) server for him.

I visited the Times of India website for the first and last time today. Initially I was impressed... clean layout, interesting content, etc. and thought that I should bookmark the main page, but that sentiment quickly changed.
Upon going to the next page in the article I was hit with no less than three popup's. The same held true for the page after that. I made the mistake of hitting the back button at one point and was hit was previous volley. When I went to print the article out, I found the extent of control you attempt to hold over MY BROWSER by using Javascript to manipulate and close my windows when the parent looses focus or is closed.
It finally got to the point that if I wanted to do anything productive with out your need for control over others and all of the popup's that I had to completely disable all scripting in my browser preferences.
Needless to say, I will never visit the Times of India website again.
