KDE SVG Wallpaper Competition

    Isn't that the name of a plug-in I just added to Opera,
    so I can see zoomable maps of licensed transmitter-
    sites (also showing nearby sites) at:

    http://www.ACA.gov.au

    (Choose "Registers" => "Radcomm licenses" from
    the left-hand menu.)

    It's a nice application of SVG, that lets folks
    search for [licensed] sources of RF interference,
    in/near their own back yards.
