Hitachi to Release Half TB Drive Soon

samdu writes "Hitachi has announced plans to release a 7200 RPM 3.5 inch 500 GB hard drive in the first quarter of this year." Maybe this one won't require a new motherboard to use. I think I've replaced more mobo's to handle larger drives than I have to support faster CPUs.

BTW where did you get vegetarian parmesan?

Most parmesan seems to be made with calf rennet.

    2-3 large eggplants

    4-5 large zucchinis

    2-3 948mL cans of tomatoes

    2 garlic cloves

    1 pound of cheddar

    1 pound mozzerella

half a pound of parmesan, freshly grated

onions, olio de olivini, salt, pepper

Get a large saucepan, put some olive oil and lightly fy the garlic and onions to taste, add the tomato cans and let it simmer (Well technically, you should add the contents of the cans...) This simmering should take a few hours, and the sauce should be a bit lumpy, if it's too liquid, the water from the vegetables will make the lasagna fall apart too easily

Slice the eggplants about 3/4 inches thick, coat both sides with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, grill on the BBQ until nice black lines form, remove skin (if desired), set aside

Slice the zucchinis about the same, do the same, but keep the skin (it is too much work to remove and is softer anyways),set aside

grate the cheeses, add the parmesan and mix in a large bowl

Now get a large roasting pan, oil lightly, set down a layer of eggplant. You should not be able to see much of the bottom of the pan, try to cut and fit the eggplants.

Add enough tomato sauce to cover the eggplants

Add enough cheese to cover the sauce

Plop down a layer of zucchini, ideally you should be able to use up all of them for this player

Repeat the sauce and cheese layering

    Now add the remaining eggplant

One final tomato and cheese layer

Bake at around 325 for 20-30 minutes

Grill to get the cheese nice and brown

This is all very informal, please use judgment when making this. The smell is also very pungent from the parmesan, you will make a lot of people hungry with this! I serve it with some fresh ground pepper and a nice Belgian Saison beer.

So who wants to talk about some hard drive now?

My wife is a vegan. No meat products and absolutely no dairy products. She mainly eats green vegetables, tofu, fruit, soy cheese, soy milk and some organic bread products. She does drink protein shakes in order to ensure her intake of protein is high.

She does allow herself a few deviled eggs during the holiday season. And, once or twice a year, she may have mayonaisse as part of a macaroni salad.

Some vegans don't drink alcohol and they may even live in a commune. Thankfully, we live in a real house. And, she loves wine. Actually, with wine, I remember one time day, i wanted to have some of my leftover Hunan Chicken for lunch. I went to the referigerator and couldn't find any. Turns out, she got so drunk the night before, she decided to eat what she thought was a Fried Tofu dish.

Kind of funny, actually. AFAIK, that was the only time in ten years of being vegan that she ate meat.

Just as I start needing all that space (moved to the city for college, high speed internet) I can't afford it. I must go into Future Shop two or three times a month just to look at the hard drives behind the counter. Yes, they are just little metal boxes, but the number on the front of the box can make one drool...

Naturally animals get B12 by eating unwashed plants (B12 is produced by bacteria in the soil). Us humans tend to wash our vegetables, so down the drain goes that B12. However most soy milks are fortified with it. (Meaties and ovo lactos get their B12 from the animals that ate the soil)

"Pale and frail" I was vegetarian for 8 years before going vegan (And fish was the only meat I ate before that). Since going vegan I've become much healthier (Not to say I was unhealthy before) (Partially because I'm more knowledgeble about nutrition, and partially because I wasn't eating any of the crap I used to). I am white and skinny, but not pale or frail.

"Unnatural to be a vegan"? You make me laugh. Have you ever seen an Elephant? We're also the only species that drinks another species milk. You cannot argue unnatural.
