A Savant Explains His Abilities

numLocked writes "Of the few hundred autistic savants in the world, none have been able to explain their incredible mental abilities. Until now, that is. It seems that Daniel Tammet, a mathematical savant who holds the record for the most digits of pi recited from memory, is able to explain exactly how he intuits answers to mathematical problems. Tammet is quite articulate and speaks seven languages, including one he invented. The Guardian is running an article about his amazing abilities."

    Leviticus 30:13
If a man also lie with mankind , as he lieth with a woman, both of them have commited an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

that was from the KJV and under the theorcracy of old testement Isreal. That was a crime punishiable by death. Under the new covinent it is a sin still punished with death, as all sins are ( spiritual death that is )

Idiot. Not a holiday. A real permanent move. This entails moving all of my posessions overseas, finding a job that will pay me the equivalent of what I get here, buying a home that is about the same in terms of the cost of living and neighborhood and the legal mumbo jumbo of becoming a citizen of another country in which I wasn't born. That's a tall order and is going to cost a lot more than airfare. Also consider my having to move a wife and kid with me. No... you're the shmuck. Now get back to your meatbeating rah rah "patriotism"

Well I for one believe that the Bible we read these days was written and translated by humans. And at that humans have a funny way of letting their influences transfer over to the texts they write. The human mind and the human anatomy is a very complex beast and we still don't have it all figured out.

We have different religions out here too, back in the inquisition days we would kill people who don't believe in "God", wait a minute we killed Indians and Aztecs too...Any how we are more tolerant now and even many religious leaders say we need to move our beliefs with time.

There you go-religion moves with time and is tailored to the needs of the time. So religion is treated and laws that get reformed when the "don't work."

On a side note for the Homosexual haters out there, Hindu and Buddhists don't see much of a problem rather a third gender. Any those religions have a documented history longer the Christianity....Hmm.....

Then those people are not really married and would be in just as much sin as any homosexuals would be if they had sexual relations. In general, I don't expect that the representatives of the Church are going to actually *test* to make sure the couple can procreate, but it is a requirement that is vowed. Inability to procreate *is* grounds for an annulment (which is simply the declaration that there never was a valid marriage to begin with) in the universal Catholic Church, no matter what heresys may be in England or wherever you live.
