Preview of New Games at E3 2005

Joystiq (once again answering my hailing frequencies) has up a preview of some of the new titles that will be seeing the light of day at this year's e3. A smattering of some of the games: "The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, D&D Online, UFO: Aftershock, Battlefield 2, Black and White 2, The Sims 2: Nightlife, Guild Wars, Metroid Prime Hunters, Shadow the Hedgehog, Destroy All Humans" This year we're going to have an E3 topic for your browsing convenience.

How many these games will I be able to run on my Mac and Linux workstations? (I don't run Windows)

  2. Xbox2 is backwards compatible? by AzraelKans · · Score: 0, Redundant

By simply looking at the long list of titles for the xbox (and the rather short list for xbox 2) is easy to conclude the xbox2 will be backwards compatible. I mean you cant even find (new) xbox 1 on sale anymore. (although that may change in the future) so why would publishers keep releasing so many games for that format after the xbox 2 had been released?

Also worth noting where are the

Gamecube2 titles? (they are supossed to be working on them now)
    Playstation3 titles? (Same here)
PSP titles???! (6 titles? and almost the half of them from EA? come on! there are supposed to be a good bunch of titles in developing!)
