Lawsuit Says GPL is a Price-Fixing Scheme

I'm still kind of dumbfounded at the audacity of Mr. Wallace, but wonder if he has an angle that might have a slim chance of prevailing." Um...the GPL *is* communism. That's the entire point. It's a way of creating code for the community, and forcing those that use said code to in turn contribute to the community as well. Of course, there's nothing at all wrong with that, and we're not in the Cold War era anymore.
