Apple to Recycle your iPod for Free

rdarden writes "After you get your dough from the recent iPod settlement, why not recycle your old iPod at an Apple retail store (US only). Starting today, that worthless hunk of environmental unfriendliness can be turned into a 10% discount on a new iPod (purchased at the same time)."

    Awww... so you've lost your job because someone overseas will work harder for less pay than you? It must really hurt your big white ego. Well, it's not our fault that you've priced yourself out of competition. Why don't you learn something new they're willing to pay for, or settle for less pay and more hours.

      Amen. What do these anti-offshoring people folks expect to happen? Forbid big successful Western companies from offshoring? Oh, great, so then they go out of business and you have NO jobs.

      Lower prices = increased wealth

      Get over these few lost jobs.

    This is what you get for allowing an entire segment of population to work for shit wages .. Why is it that a person who works their ass off at mcdonald's or in retail gets paid a really shit wage .. while jerks who think they are intelligent cause they can click on a mouse think they can get 5 or 6 times that amount.

    Work for McDonald's wages and it's STILL more profitable for corps to offshore then maybe you have a complaint .. although personally if a person has unneeded and non unique skills they shouldn't go blaming others.

    Bottom line .. At least quit demanding wages that are not around that of retail workers! Unless you campaign for equally higher wages for those breaking their backs in retail and janitorial jobs as well. .. Which I'm sure you don't ..cause hey that would screw the economy right?
