VoIP Providers Worry as FCC Clams Up

phoneboy writes "By the end of next week, Voice over IP providers must advise all subscribers of any 911 service limitations and get "affirmative acknowledgment" that customers understand that VoIP 911 service is not the same as landline 911 by July 29. What happens if the customers don't affirm? The FCC isn't saying."

    IN THE BEGINNING

    Trolls ruled the Internet in teh beginning. They had small cliques, but were largely unorganized. Instead of being a unified Rome, they were the barbarians that littered the countryside, attacking those who passed by and causing only moderate damage. Unification of trolling power was not a priority, and although cliques were formed, there was no major alliances formed.

    IN THE END

    The International Trolling League is the solution to the problem. We start where the GNAA stopped (and failed).       Disregard this, he is slandering the name of Internation Trader Link (the irc channel is ours) he has been packeting us for 2 weeks to try and take over the channel. efnet opers dont want anything to do with it.
