Sony and Toshiba Give Up On Unified DVD Format

HoTiCE_ is one of several to let us know, Reuters is reporting Sony and Toshiba have apparently given up efforts to develop a unified format for next-generation DVDs. The two companies had opened up negotiations but they fell through due to time constraints on new products from both groups.

    Amen brotha! Why is it that Mac Fanatics always try to make accusations that Windows is inferior, but through some miraculous incident, it gained exponentially more market share than Mac?? Windows is the perfect example here! It is cheap, runs on infinite combinations of hardare, easily reverse engineered (hacked), and Is infinetly more flexible tham OSX (compare how many apps and peripherals there are available for each!) Face it, Mac is forever a nich, just like homosexuality, pedophilism, bigamy, and crutzfeld-Jacob disease.
