Brandon writes "BitTorrent just got a massive infusion of cash from venture capital firm DCM Doll. It looks like BitTorrent is hoping to cozy up with the content creators. From the article, 'Neither BitTorrent nor DCM have publicly stated how a legitimate service would work, but industry insiders have been busy speculating on how the distributed peer-to-peer service could help movie studios and filmmakers make for-pay content available.' Will this awaken Microsoft's Avalanche?"

    E-mailed about ten seconds after the article got posted, I guess. Five minutes just isn't enough time to find the dupes in the /. history.....

    Although.... Yeah, two in a row is rather excessive, I think.

    Thank you everyone! I just wanted to write of my appreciation for those readers who will unabashedly bash the slashdot editors for dupes like this. It renews my faith and gives me a good chuckle.

    Also, I suppose all the comments about dupes are dupes of themselves, so instead of duping dupes, one dupe comment is sufficient, no? We could be called the biggest dupes of them all!
