    This all seems to be leading undoubtedly towards some kind of science-run world where Dr.Frankensteins make monsters out of stem cells. Man shouldn't have that power!

    Perhaps everyone's outlook would be different if the acclaim for the potential of embryonic stem cells in ANY WAY matched their potential. Why the drive for embryonic stem cells and not the other? To make abortion more paletable. Nice that science is so pure, right?

    No no no! This works against the cause of holding up unwanted children as the main source of the cure for Everything. George Bush is fighting against embrionic stem cell research because he hates people with Parkinson's disease!!!!1!!one!

    Adult stem cells are clearly an inferior solution, because they don't mire us in huge moral quandries in which anti-abortion zealots appear to be opposed to health care. Also they... uh... don't taste as good.
