Last time I looked, you had to have it OEM-preinstalled when you bought your box. Is Microsoft selling this thing retail now?

At $2200 its bit more than I am willing to spend at this point in time.

I know that this is off topic, but I am looking for a standalone hard drive based MP3 player for my home stereo system. I'm currently using an 40GB iPod but its about out of hard drive space. Something that could support a large drive (100+ GB) would be nice. So would TV outputs, as the iPod screen is tough to read across the room. Anyone have any ideas if such a beast exists?
