    Microsoft owns crystal reports. that should tell you alot.

    Like the other guy said use odbc. Too bad the native windows port of postgresql is still lacking and requires cygwin. ADO.net support would be nice.

    the reason I chose MySQL over PostreSQL is Windows support, there was no reason for me to downgrade to Linux just so I can use a database, but I see that's no longer the case, I think I'll give it a try eventually.
