    Thats an interesting idea. Today I belog to a credit union, they used to have many perks (not being charged for out-of-network ATMs, free checking, high interest rate on savings accounts, easy loans) but now they seem to be just another bank out to make a buck. I've owned and paid off 4 car loans to them (each car used but around $4000) and I applied for a home loan. My median credit score is around 690. We'll they won't touch me. Not only that, they actually told me they don't like people with questionable credit history as members...

    I think I'll check out BoA next week... thanks.

    That's exactly what Java applets do. If you want to run an application in the browser, that's the appropriate mechanism.
