Users are treated to a Vista-esque KDE theme, with transparent windows The greatest feature of the distro is the hardware and software support. DVD movies work from the start in addition to audio, bluetooth, WiFi and even XGL."
You do realize the Ekiga name in itself had controversy around it and no one had any idea why they did it, other than the fact that possibly because it's a sponsored product now and "gnome phone" isn't really trademarkable?
Choosing a distribution based on it allowing you to surf the web while it's installing from a WPA-protected wireless network is pretty stupid. The install will take an hour tops (unless it's pure Gentoo and you have to compile everything, in which case it'll take days). Just have the patience to wait for the install to finish. Then you can fuck around with WPA all you want and surf to your heart's content.
Alternately, bang head on keyboard.
Oh god, how I wish I had mod points =o)
Ubuntu is an African word meaning 'I can't configure Debian'
They are giving the product away for free! Why do they need to worry about competition?
Are they trying to make up for it by volume?-)
